We developed and implemented a homeownership preservation program to assist families preserve homeownership. Our goal is to assist homeowners in keeping their homes by working with lenders and the customer in finding a solution to avoid a foreclosure. When this is not possible, counseling can help homeowners transition smoothly and reduce the consequences and costs that occur when losing their home through foreclosure.
