After you complete Step 1, call or email the Affordable Housing Clearinghouse to see what you qualify for.
Pre-Approval
Research available homes in your pre-qualification price range, and move forward with the process, with pre-approval.
Purchase
Once you receive a conditional approval, you can work with a real estate agent to find a home to purchase.
