Dear AHC Family,
As the Covid-19 crisis deepens, we sincerely hope that you and your families are safe and healthy. Here at Affordable Housing Clearinghouse, the needs and interests of very low income, low income and vulnerable households remain our priority.
As per the Governor’s March 19, 2020, orders in the best interest and safety of our clients and staff, we have closed our physical office. We are doing our best to flatten the curve. At the same time, we are fully committed to serving our clients at these extraordinary times.
Our HUD-certified Housing Counselors are offering counseling and homeownership education regarding home purchasing process, foreclosure prevention, and pre-purchase resources via phone. We are also exploring virtual meetings and counseling opportunities so that we can continue to offer support to our local community in the time of economic distress.
As our clients belong to most vulnerable sections of the society and will be the hardest hit by job losses and unforeseen health issues during the economic crisis, we are doing our best to support them.
As we continue to adapt our services in response to COVID-19 to the most vulnerable, we will keep all of you updated on our activities and plans.
During these difficult times, with your support and backing, we continue to be strong and remain focused on accomplishing our mission. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and understanding as we navigate these extraordinary times together.
We encourage all of you to reach to us via phone at 949-525-4948 or an e-mail at [email protected] or making a donation on our website.
